DELIVERY OF GOODS
The buyer, who has chosen the delivery service during the order, undertakes to indicate the exact place of delivery of the goods.
The buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself. In the event that the Buyer cannot accept the goods himself, and the goods are delivered to the specified address, the Buyer has no right to make claims to the Seller regarding the delivery of the goods to the wrong entity.
The goods are delivered by the Seller’s authorized representative (courier) or, at the request of the buyer, the goods will be delivered to the post office or post office of his choice.
The Seller delivers the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the terms specified in the product descriptions. These terms are preliminary. At the same time, the Buyer agrees that in exceptional cases the delivery of the goods may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Seller. When the Seller does not have the necessary goods in stock, and the Buyer places an order, in this case the Seller undertakes to contact the Buyer as soon as possible and agree on the conditions for the delivery of the goods.
In all cases, the Seller is released from responsibility for the violation of the deadlines for the delivery of the goods, if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are delivered late due to the fault of the Buyer or due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.
In all cases, if the buyer notices any damage to the package during delivery, he must indicate the comments in the package delivery document provided by the courier or draw up a separate document regarding these violations. The Buyer must do this in the presence of the courier. If such actions are not taken, the Seller is exempted from liability against the Buyer for product damage related to packaging damage, which the Buyer did not note in the delivery document of the courier.
In all cases, the Buyer must immediately inform the Seller if the shipment is delivered in damaged packaging, if the shipment contains unordered goods or the wrong amount of them, or if the goods are incomplete.
The price of parcel delivery in Lithuania and to EU countries depends on the chosen delivery method.
The price of delivery to other countries is negotiated separately. Customs and other taxes are paid by the buyer
pay after receiving the package.
In case of unfavorable shipping circumstances, the Seller reserves the right to cancel
order and refund the buyer.
QUALITY OF GOODS, WARRANTIES
The seller is not responsible for the fact that e-mail the color, shape or other parameters of the goods in the store may not correspond to the actual size, shape and color of the goods due to the characteristics of the display used by the Buyer.
Natural wear and tear of the product or change in its properties is not considered a defect in the quality of the product.
TERMS OF RETURN OF GOODS
All goods purchased in the electronic store www.egleszaislai.lt have a 14-day return guarantee. You can return the purchased product if it meets the following conditions:
– the appearance of the product and packaging has not changed substantially (labels, protective films, stickers, etc. must be intact);
– the product has not been used and is not damaged;
– the package of the returned product must be the same as the one you received;
– When returning the product, you must present the document of purchase of the product.
– The buyer must deliver the returned goods to S. Grigorovičienė’s office. at the office address Geležinkelio 19a, 25116 Lentvaris, and also attach the completed goods return document.
IMPORTANT: Goods must be returned via courier service. The costs of purchasing and returning the product are borne by the Buyer
When returning a product, a request must be submitted, specifying the detailed order information: order number, date, product, price, delivery date. The account for the refund must be indicated in the request.
In accordance with the procedure provided by law, the Seller undertakes to return the money within 14 days. after assessing whether the item is in good condition (undamaged, undamaged, unaltered, etc.)
The return of goods of suitable quality is possible only in 2001 by the Minister of Economy. August 17 by order no. 258 of the approved “Rules for the sale of goods and the provision of services when contracts are concluded using means of communication”.
